 Crazy Horse Never Died is a 24-page companion to Roxy's CD of the same name. Each story is illustrated with Roxy's pen-and-ink drawings. The vinyl recording of Crazy Horse Never Died was released in 1988, on Sunstorm through Heartland Records. The chapbook was originally published by Marquetta Herring's Paperbacks Plus Press, in 1989. The CD booklet is too small to hold the text, so Judy opted for reproducing only the drawings there. You will need this chapbook if you want to read Roxy's lyrics.
