Barbara Hendricks comments:
A signed original called Rose of Cimarron, Dallas, Texas, August 20, 1977. Loved for over twenty-five years – this was a gift by the artist. The mixed media is poster board (I think), cut out, glue and glitter and lipstick. The green has faded quite a bit through the years, but the image still as haunting and beautiful as ever.

Judy says:
Painted this woman in 1977, because she was a white girl raised by Indians, and she sought out the murderers of her adoptive parents.
